Spicy and crispy Nyonya chicken marinated overnight in ten spices and coconut milk then fried twice and served with a spicy dipping sauce.

Ayam Percik (Spicy grilled chicken)

Dish originally from Kelantan on Malaysia’s east coast, chicken marinated in a spicy coconut gravy and grilled traditionally over charcoal. Served with a spicy dipping sauce.

 Pot Stickers

Pot Stickers (Jiaozi)

Chinese dumplings with a meat or sometimes vegetable filling wrapped in thin dough and served with a spicy dipping sauce. Not to be confused with wonton.
